EGGNOG MARTINI

Creamy, smooth, and spiced in just the right amount, make this martini during the winter months when you are craving something thick and comforting and boozy!


You can absolutely substitute vodka for the bourbon if you prefer a less smoky taste!

Notes: Bourbon is Elijah Craig.


EGGNOG MARTINI

Ingredients: 3 ounces (shots) eggnog, 1-ounce bourbon, 1-ounce Amaretto, whipped cream, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, honey, cinnamon stick.

Makes 1.


Method:


1. Make cinnamon-sugared rim: To a saucer or small bowl, add 2 tbsp. honey. In a separate saucer or bowl, mix together 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.

2. Dip the glass into the honey, followed by the cinnamon sugar.

2. Add ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in eggnog, bourbon, and Amaretto. Shake well!

3. Strain into the glass. Garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick
