Absolutely clean and refreshing + low-calorie, and perfect for the hottest days of summer. I adore this blended fruit bowl because it is so slick to make, and tastes like a tropical dream.

"You can top this gorgeous bowl with anything. I like to go the crunchy route, but if you want chunks of fruit, that would be epic too."

Notes: Coconut is sweetened.


Ingredients: 1 sliced banana, 1/2 can coconut milk, 1 cup frozen pineapple, big splash orange juice, 1 tsp. chia seeds, 1 tbsp. shaved almonds, 1 tbsp. shredded coconut

Makes 1 large bowl

1. Place a bowl in the freezer. Process or blend the banana, coconut milk, pineapple, and orange juice until smooth. (Or keep it textured, if you like)

2. Pour mixture into the chilled bowl. Add almonds, coconut, and chia seeds.

Tip: If you only have unsweetened shredded coconut, give it a drizz of agave nectar on the top.
