Well, this is a welcome thing on a muggy morning! I do love my bowls. Helpful doses of nutrients, vitamins, and pro-biotics going down as cold, pink love for your bod. Frozen watermelon and banana gets blitzed with ripe chunks of peach and a whopping dollop of live-cultured vanilla yogurt. Don't eat before you've topped your bowl with more peach, granola, and slivers of almond. So good, so good for you.

Notes: Yogurt is Trader Joe's. Granola is peanut-butter flavored.
PEACHY PINK FROZEN BOWL
Ingredients: 1 peeled and chopped peach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 cup frozen watermelon, 1/4 cup live-cultured vanilla yogurt, 1 tbsp. granola, 1 tsp. slivered almonds
1. Put a bowl in the freezer.
2. Process the watermelon, most of the peach, banana and yogurt until almost smooth.
3. Spoon into the cold bowl, and top with extra peach, granola, and almonds.
Tip: Anytime you have leftover fruit, or fruit that nearly at its limit, chop it up and toss it in a zip-lock bag, and freeze.
