Oh my. These 100% taste like an oatmeal raisin cookie, with half of the effort, expended to make them and a kick of protein.
You can't NOT make them...keep them in the fridge and pop them into your mouth before or after workouts, for breakfast, for a snack, for any time. They are unbelievably good. I'm admitting now that I have hidden them in my refrigerator - selfish of me - but sorry, not sorry.

Notes: Speculoos Cookie Butter is Trader Joe's. Vanilla protein powder is Garden of Life.
OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE PROTEIN BALLS
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup Speculoos Cookie Butter, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. honey, a pinch of salt, and one scoop of vanilla protein powder.
Makes about 16.
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. (Or a large bowl if you prefer to use a mixer.) Process until combined and mixture is sticking together.
2. Use a tablespoon to measure out each ball and roll. You may have to press the mixture in your fist first before rolling.
3. Store covered in the refrigerator.
