As it says. Both in how it tastes, and what's in it. This might go down as the MOST satisfying (and colorful) salad I've ever made. and I won't lie and say that your jaw won't get a slight workout from the chewing. But no matter, it is unquestionably, pridefully, delicious. Smoky bacon, buttery avocado, crisp avocado, juicy tomato, tart Feta, crunchy-sweet carrots, salty sunflower seeds...a happy party for your mouth.

EVERYTHING SALAD
Ingredients: 4 cups arugula, 2 avocados-sliced, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber-roughly chopped, 4 pieces crumbled bacon, 1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese, 1 chopped carrot, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, pinch of sea salt, double pinch cracked pepper, favorite dressing.
Serves 2
1. Wash and pat dry arugula, lay on plates.
2. Layer over cucumber, carrot, avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Follow with bacon, Feta, sunflower seeds, sea salt, and pepper.
3. Give it a good drizz of your favorite dressing--think creamy, pungent. I recommend blue cheese, ranch or honey mustard.
