A couple years ago I came up with this quicker than quick chocolate cream cheese on the fly- craving chocolate, wanting a bagel. It's so easy, so fast and so good. You have to make it. Besides bagels, it's great on muffins, toasted rustic bread, French toast and scooped up with graham crackers...not that I've tried that. ;)
"If you don't like honey, use agave nectar or pure maple syrup. Also, feel free to double the recipe to feed more people!"
Notes: Cream cheese is Philadelphia.
30-SECOND CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE
Ingredients: 4 oz. standard cream cheese, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp. coffee, 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract.
Serves 2-4.
1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Apply to anything.
