CHOCOLATE COLD FOAM WHITE RUSSIAN

Make any end-of-day better, no, excellent, by sipping on this sweet little puppy.

This White Russian goes to eleven. So creamy-dreamy (but still light) with rich, melding flavors of chocolate, Kahlua, vanilla, vodka, and cream.

*See tips at the bottom for DF substitutions.

For a twist: Swap out the chocolate for a caramel drizzle and add sea salt to the rim!

Notes:

CHOCOLATE COLD FOAM WHITE RUSSIAN

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 ounces vodka, 3 ounces Kahlua, 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup, 2 ounces chopped dark chocolate, ice, agave nectar, or honey.

Makes 2.

1. Rim two mugs or lowball glasses with agave nectar. Dip into chopped dark chocolate.

2. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the sides of each glass. Fill to 3/4 full with ice.

3. Pour 1 ounce of vodka into each glass, followed by 1.5 ounces of Kahlua. Split the milk between the two, then stir gently.

4. Using a handheld frother, whip the cream until foamy. (You can also whisk it with a strong arm!) Dollop it over the top, then sprinkle on the remaining chopped chocolate.

*Tips: For a dairy-free version, use nut or coconut milk instead of regular. For the whipped cream, use coconut milk or non-dairy whipped topping.
