Such a fun sweet snack or treat to bring along when you visit family for the holidays. Or just make it for your house- it's darn good with movies and hot cocoa, FYI. I really like that this version uses almond bard rather than white chocolate- it melts to a thinner consistency, which makes tossing everything together to get it well-coated, very easy. Enjoy~
The mix is 100 percent versatile, read: customizable. Keep the dry ingredient measurements the same, and switch it up for what you like!
Notes:
SNOWMAN MIX

1. In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts, and pretzels. Set aside. Blitz candy canes in a food processor until coarsely sandy.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond bark. Start at 1 minute, then stir. Keep heating in 15-second increments until almost melted. Stir to melt fully.
3. Pour melted almond bark over cereal mix. Stir to coat. Pour out onto a large parchment-lined baking sheet (or two smaller sheets). Spread evenly.
4. Immediately dust all over with candy cane "sand" and sprinkles. Set to dry, 1 hour. Store in an air-tight container.
